Acerca da APPD
A Associação Portuguesa de Palhetas Duplas é uma associação cultural, de âmbito nacional, sem fins lucrativos, que representa em Portugal os Oboístas e Fagotístas, tanto profissionais como amadores, interessados em associar‐se‐lhe, no que concerne a actividades e outros eventos relacionados com os respectivos instrumentos.
A APPD tem por objectivo a promoção e divulgação da família do Oboé e do Fagote. Compete à associação representar, em Portugal, os oboístas e fagotístas que sejam seus associados; Coligir elementos e elaborar trabalhos sobre o oboé e fagote; Prestar assistência no âmbito artístico e pedagógico aos seus associados; Promover encontros, cursos, seminários, master‐classes, concursos, e outras actividades de interesse para a comunidade oboístas e fagotístas.
A APPD é constituída por sócios fundadores e ordinários. São associados fundadores os outorgantes na escritura de constituição da Associação Portuguesa de Palhetas Duplas. Podem ser associados ordinários as pessoas singulares ou colectivas, interessadas nos princípios e objectivos da APPD aceites por deliberação da Direcção.
About the Portuguese Double Reed Society (PDRS)
The Portuguese Double Reed Society is a national, non-profit cultural association which represents Oboists and Bassoonists in Portugal, both professionals and amateurs, who are interested in being involved with activities and events related to their respective instruments.
The aim of the PDRS is to promote and create opportunities for the instruments of the oboe and bassoon families. The Society represents, in Portugal, the oboists and bassoonists who are members; To encourage membership and to do research on oboe and bassoon related matters; To provide support to its members in artistic and teaching fields; To promote meetings, courses, seminars, master-classes, competitions and other activities of interest for the oboe and bassoon community.
The PDRS consists of founding and regular members. The founding members are the ones who signed the deed of the association. The regular members can be individuals or groups, who are interested in the principal objectives of the APPD, as is seen fit by the APPD Board.
